For sale offered the property in the centre of Yakutsk – Corona (Crown) club-restaurant with an area of 910.1 sq. m. The Lot also includes a two-story annex with an area of 305.8 sq. m and two land plots with a total area of 1.6 thousand sq. m, on which the structures located.

The Object is located near the main city arterial roads – Chernyshevskogo, Dzerzhinskogo and Poyarkova streets. In close proximity there are public transport stops.

The funds acquired after the asset sale will be transferred for repayment of claims of lien creditor – Gazprombank (Joint-Stock Company).

The Auction House of the Russian Federation started cooperation with Gazprombank as a part of sale the property of bankrupts. The first deal took place in early March. At the ETP AHRF the property of CJSC Stroitel in the centre of Novosibirsk was sold – 10 premises with a total area of 35.1 thousand sq. m in BC Cronus. LLC Cronus engineering company purchased the Lot for the amount of 1.8 billion rubles.
