In Saint-Petersburg part of the company Svetlana is put up for auction

On July 27, the electronic trading platform of the Russian auction house (ETP RAH) will hold bidding the bankruptcy of CJSC «Svetlana-Optoelectronics».
For sale as one lot exhibited two premises 107,1 and 6,7 thousand sq. m. the properties are located in one of the buildings of the factory «Svetlana» in the Vyborg district of St. Petersburg. The premises occupy about 70% of the total area of the building.

The seven-storey building, which houses the premises, is located along Svetlanovsky Prospect, near Svetlanovsky Square. This building is located 2 km from the metro station «Udelnaya» and «Ploshad Muzhestva», in the immediate vicinity — a stop of ground transport.
Starting price — 105,7 million.

Earlier here was located the production of LEDs, lighting fixtures and fire protection systems, as well as office and storage facilities.
There is a possibility of an entrance to the building for loading and unloading.
