The state block of shares of Ufa Stud Farm № 119 was purchased by an investor specialized in the same sector with 70% excess of starting price

On 19th of January the Auction House of the Russian Federation (the AHRF) held an auction for the sale of 100% block of shares of JSC the Ufa Stud Farm № 119 from the Forecast Program of Privatization in 2014-2016.

The Farm carried out raising of Russian Trotter and Bashkir breeds of horses. Besides, at the Farm an equestrian school operates and a production of koumiss is carried out.
The enterprise located near Ufa in Ol’khovskoye Village, Budenny Street, 4/2.

Four bidders took part in the auction.
During the auction the participants made 103 auction steps to increase the price. Thereby the starting price grew by 1.5 times.
The Winner of the auction – LLC Uralagrotekhservis – purchased the Lot for the amount of 50.7 million rubles (the starting price – 30.1 million rubles).

“A preservation of activity of the enterprise with almost 100-year history is important for us. Therefore a victory at the auction of the Investor, specialized among other things in horse breeding, is of high importance for providing the enterprise development and for supporting a progress of horse farming in the region”, – comments Angelica Imanova, Deputy General Director of the Auction House of the Russian Federation.

The Auction House of the Russian Federation (the AHRF) is included in the List of sellers of federal property by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 25th of October, 2010 № 1874-р.
The AHRF has a significant experience in selling of state, federal and regional property. Within the framework of privatization the AHRF cooperates with the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as with Moscow, Moscow Region, Yaroslavl’, Tuymen’, Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous Area–Yugra, Samara and Chuvash Republic.
A total amount of the AHRF deals for selling of federal and regional property within the framework of federal privatization is about 56.4 billion rubles.
