"This is a good example of how the city is the process of release and realization of former industrial sites. The plot is ideal for redevelopment project. It has good location - across the river from the Smolny Cathedral - he is provided with all necessary communications, including a significant resource for electricity. These advantages have been appreciated by building community, and even the presence on the site of protected historical buildings did not reduce the interest to this object. Four companies within one and a half hours fought for the right to possess this lot. During the bidding was made on 28 steps to increase. We are pleased with the results sale - they have demonstrated the effectiveness of electronic trading. We hope to continue cooperation with Corporation Rosatom and we hope that future auctions will go just as smoothly. On our part we will do everything we can" (first Deputy General Director Glad Konstantin Raev).
