For sale offered a modern Greenhouse Complex of the OptTSVETtorg largest chain of flower stores in Kaluga Region

The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) announced biddings as part of a bankruptcy procedure of CJSC Pink Garden, owning a chain of OptTSVETtorg retail flower stores.
For sale offered the Greenhouse Complex in northern part of Kaluga Region, between Obninsk and Kaluga. Nearby there are M-3 Ukraine and A-130 (Moscow-Belarus) federal highways.
Address: 12, Molodyozhnaya Str., Nedelnoye Village, Kaluga Region.
The Complex includes: a land plot with an area of 50.9 ha, administrative and storage buildings with a total area of 2.4 thousand sq. m, five greenhouses with a total area of 27.4 ha for cultivation of roses, gerberas and chrysanthemums, as well as various equipment.

The biddings will be held through a public offer at the ETP AHRF during a period from 3rd of May until 24th of May. During this period every seven days the cost of the lot will be reducing by 20 million rubles.
The auction will start from 940 million rubles.
MINIMUM price – 900 million rubles.
The earnings after the asset sale will be used for payment of claims of the lien creditor – the “Russian Capital” Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (PJSC).

The Complex was built in 2005-2010 with using of Dutch technologies. All equipment allows to provide a complete self-sufficiency of work and to create the best conditions for cultivation of flowers in view of weather conditions of the region.
Currently the Complex operation is suspended.

“During the last years a demand in flower products has been growing stably in the country. So, in comparison with the last year the volume of sales increased almost by 11%.
Taking into consideration this factor, a future investor can consider the assets as a profitable investment. It is possible to develop a profitable business on the basis of the Complex with minimum costs”, – tells Olga Zheludkova, Head of Department for Work with Troubled and Non-Core Assets of Banks.
