For sale offered the federal block of shares of one of the leading processors of precious metals in Russia – the Scientific and ProductionComplex “Supermetall” named after E. I. Rytvin

On 11 March the Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) has appointed bidding for the sale of 100% shares of OJSC “NPK “Supermetall” named after E. I. Rytvin”.
Starting price – 306 million rubles.

The “Supermetall” is a modern enterprise of metallurgical type.

The organization has more than 300 permanent partners in Russia, Europe and Asia. For today the valid contracts with the German company Umicore AG&Co. KG and with Chinese companies Beijing KanBoDan Science&Technology Development Co., Ltd, Taishan Fiber Glass Inc., Chongqing Polycomp Inc., Guangzhou Chang Feng Nian Precious Metals Products Co., Ltd, and others.

The net profit of the company for the first three quarters of 2014 was more than 3 million rubles.

Main types of production: materials and more than 250 articles of technical and medical purposes made of the precious metals, glass-melting apparatuses and stream feeder assemblies for the production of glass and basalt fiber, equipment and attachments made of platinum and its alloys for the production of optical glass and monocrystals, catalytic systems for the ammonia conversion, semi-finished products and component parts for industrial equipment and materials for dentistry and so forth.
During the period from 1990 to 2013 were processed:
- about 255 tons of ceramic materials with the extraction of about 950 kg of platinum metals;
- about 78 tons of scrap of precious metals (waste products) and produced more than 59,000 of articles of technical purpose with a mass of more than 75 tons.
