Sberbank offered for sale premises for street retail in the “White House” in Rochdel’skaya Street in Moscow

On 14th of September and on 19th of October the Auction House of the Russian Federation has scheduled biddings for the sale of 17 premises in different districts of Moscow.

The objects are offered for sale by order of PJSC Sberbank. All premises located in the first floors of residential buildings, at the first line of buildings near major transport arteries and subway stations.
The objects area varies from 93.1 sq. m to 830 sq, m.
Starting price – from 9.9 million rubles to 694.6 million rubles.

The most interesting lots:

- A room with an area of 330.1 sq. m in the distance of 200 m from the building of the Government of the Russian Federation at the address: 12, building 1, Rochdel’skaya Street.
The Object located in a elite residential building called popularly the “White House”, as at different times Sergey Sobyanin, Boris Gryzlov, Nikolay Patrushev, Herman Gref, deputy prime ministers Dmitriy Kozak and Sergey Ivanov and other officials of top position lived there.
