Cost of a Shelonskiy State Pig Farm is reduced by 66%

The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) has scheduled an auction as part of a bankruptcy procedure of Shelonskiy State Farm Municipal Enterprise.
For sale offered the complex for maintenance and farming of pigs located in a distance of 5 km from P56 Federal Highway, connecting Porkhov and Velikiy Novgorod cities.
Address: Polonoye Village, Porkhovskiy District, Pskov Region.

The biddings are being held through public offering during the period from 6 December, 2017 till 7 February, 2018 at the Electronic Trading Platform of the Auction House of the Russian Federation (ETP AHRF). During this period a value of the Lot will be being reduced step by step according to price reduction schedule.
Biddings started from the starting price – 501 million rubles.
For today the Lot cost has reached the price – 473.5 million rubles.
MINIMUM price is 169 million rubles.

The Complex consists of buildings with a total area of 61.6 thousand sq. m, a livestock in the number of 1,859 pigs and equipment necessary for stock maintenance and meat production.

“During the last years there has been a growth in demand for meat and meat products. Taking into consideration this factor, as well as a profitable location of Shelonskiy State Farm (near the federal highway) a future investor can carry there out an in-demand project and settle supplies to neighboring regions”, – comments Olga Zheludkova, Head of Department for Work with Troubled and Non-Core assets of Banks of the AHRF.
