Cost of a former Stroymetkon Steelwork Factory in Rostov Region is reduced by 52%

On 30 November the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) has scheduled the second biddings for the sale of a production and warehouse complex in Krasny Sulin City in Rostov Region. Earlier those areas were occupied by the largest in the region manufacturer of constructional steelworks, tunnel, platform truck scales – the Stroymetkon Steelwork Factory.
The complex consists of administrative and industrial buildings with a total area of 61 thousand sq. m and a land plot with an area of 12 ha. The best use of the Object is for a production or logistic complex.
Address: 1, Metallistov Str., Krasny Sulin, Rostov Region.

Earlier the Object was sold for the amount of 174.6 million rubles, at the moment a starting price is reduced by 52% and for today it is 82.4 million rubles.
The sale is carried out on behalf of OJSC Inprom Estate.

“The Object will suit a placing of any productions, logistic park, wholesale distribution centre and others. Now the asset is sold with a significant discount – only for the amount of 1.3 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m. This factor can became a determinant for those investors who are still feel doubts about the asset acquisition”, – tells Inna Cherevataya, Director of South-West Branch Office of the AHRF.

The complex is located in north-west of Rostov Region, in a distance of 7 km from M-4 Federal Highway (Moscow-Novorossiysk) and in a distance of 2 km from Krasny Sulin railway station.
