“We are pleased with the results of the auction. Today in Petersburg for sale offered a lot of buildings with a successful location, at a reasonable price, from private owners and the state companies, so that buyers have a choice. On the other hand, the sale of the business centre with excess of the price, with large number of applicants and a real competition at the auction positively characterizes a Saint Petersburg commercial real estate market state, – comments Andrey Stepanenko, General Director of the AHRF. – The AHRF has cooperated with KhMAA–Yugra as a part of the sale of region’s property for about 7 years, however, for the first time for sale offered the assets, located in Saint Petersburg. I am sure, that we will be able to provide an effective sale of this property, taking into consideration our long-term experience of working in Petersburg market.

Totally it is scheduled to sell 11 objects of KhMAA in exclusive location, including premises in Galerny Dvor Business Centre, two buildings on Krestovskiy Island, commercial real estate and elite apartments in Millionnaya Street. A total starting cost of the objects is 706.7 million rubles.

The next biddings as part of this project will take place on 21st June. For sale offered office premises, as well as premises of the Amrots Armenian Restaurant in Nevskiy Prospekt, 176A. A total area of the objects – 3.5 thousand sq. m.
The starting price – 195 million rubles.
