The bidding of privatization St. Petersburg property is going successfully on the electronic trading platform AHRF Lot-online

On July 31st, the bidding held on The Auction House of Russian Federation’s electronic trading platform Lot-online by order of Committee for Property Relations of St. Petersburg.
At the auction within the framework of privatization 4 lots were realized - non-residential premises near metro stations «Ploshchad Vosstaniya», « Tekhnologicheskiy Institut», and «Lesnaya».
Summary selling price is 48 million rubles.
All of the purchasers are natural persons.

The most interest was aroused the object on 1st Sovetskaya Street, 6, lit. A, - area of premise is 129,6 sq. m near to the metro station «Ploshchad Vosstaniya». The 9 contenders were involved in the bidding on this Lot. The sale price was twice as high as the starting price and amounted 13,5 million rubles.

Also, the serious struggle was for the object near the metro station «Tekhnologicheskiy Institut». The 6 contenders were haggling for premise of area is 75,6 sq. m at address: Vereyskaya Street, 27, lit. A, premise 1-H. The sale price was one and a half as high as the starting price and amounted 5,6 million rubles.

Selling price is 3,9 million rubles.

Address: Gribaleva Street, 12, lit. A, premise 1-H, 10-Н, 11-Н.
The 2 contenders were involved in the bidding.
Selling price is 25 million rubles.

The next bidding for the sale of St. Petersburg’s property will be held on August 7 – the premise with a plot in Levashovo village and the building with a plot in Pesochniy village.

Since June 2019, in accordance with the agreement between the KIO of St. Petersburg and AHRF, auctions for the sale of property of St. Petersburg are held on the electronic trading platform of AHRF Lot-online. The agreement provides for cooperation on a gratuitous basis.
