The Auction House of the Russian Federation is auctioning a land plot with a ruined building at 32 naberezhnaya Robespierre
On 6 July, the Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold an auction on the sale of a land plot and ruined building at 32 naberezhnaya Robespierre (St. Petersburg).
The building is being sold by order of the owner – ZAO Pervaya proektnaya kompaniya. The area of the lot for sale is 1,349 sq.m. It is designed for construction of a housing complex. In according with pre-project developments, it is possible to erect a building of up to 17,000 sq.m.
Starting price of lot – 515,000,000 rubles.
The ruined building with a land plot at 32 naberezhnaya Robespierre was sold at auction by OAO Fond imushchestva Sankt-Peterburga in September 2007. The winner of the auction, ZAO Stroimontazh, paid 1.070 billion rubles for the lot (starting price of the lot was 420 million rubles).
In accordance with the investment conditions, the winner of the auction demolished the ruined building.
At present, the lot is on deposit with the Savings bank of the Russian Federation, and is being sold with the aim of returning the loan issued by the Savings bank.
