The Auction House of the Russian Federation expands geography of sales. Two offices opened in the Volga region and the Altai

In October, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) opened two regional offices – in Samara and Barnaul. The opening of the new AHR offices is connected with the increase of the number of objects in these cities that are being transferred for auction by Sberbank.

Legally, the Samara office is attached to the Nizhny Novgorod branch, and the Barnaul office to the Novosibirsk branch.
In the future, these offices may be converted into independent branches.

“This year, the amount of non-core and pledged property which is being transferred by Sberbank to realization at the AHR has increased significantly, and based on this plan of sales, in 2014 it may increase. Therefore, we are currently examining the possibility of launching new offices in regions where the AHR is not yet present. On the basis of the branch in Novosibirsk, a Far East office may also be opened in the near future, which will take control of all of the AHR’s objects in the Far East,” says Irina Olshannikova, deputy general director of the AHR.
