The Auction House of the Russian Federation has announced the postponement of an auction for the sale of 25 hectares of land on the bank of the Moscow River

The date for holding the auction has been moved to 3 September 2012. The Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold a Dutch auction for the sale of claims under the credit agreement and shares in the charter capital of AvtoDelta+

 

Up for auction will be the claims of Sberbank of Russia to EnergoMetInvest under the credit agreement, and also 99.99% of shares in the charter capital of AvtoDelta+. Essentially, the object of sale is land plots located at the address: Moscow Oblast, Odintsovsky region, Barvihinsky village settlement, near Zhukovka village.

 

In total, the company owns 28 land plots, with a total area of 24.87 hectares.
The lot is put up for open Dutch auction, with a reduction in price. The winner of the auction will be the person who makes the last bid.

Starting price – 7 201 000 000 rubles
Minimum sale price – 3 331 000 000 rubles

Sum of deposit - 100 000 000 rubles
Decreasing step of auction – 30 000 000 rubles

The land plots are located in one of the most prestigious areas on the market of suburban real-estate in the Moscow Oblast – 4 km from the Moscow Ring Road by Novorizhskoe shosse, and 9 km from the Moscow Ring Road by Ilinskoe and Rublyovo-Uspenskoe shosse. The acquisition of land plots in this area is an advantageous type of investment. The Rublyovo-Uspenskoe area is one of the most prestigious on the market of suburban real-estate in the Moscow Oblast. This is an established area with a European living standard.

“We have decided to extend the period of exhibiting the object, taking into account the drop in land price.
