The Auction House of the Russian Federation will sell unused property of GARO
The Auction House of the Russian Federation is preparing to sell unused properties of the property complex GARO (Novgorod). The first auction will take place on 6 July 2010.
The aim of the sale, according to the owner, is to receive additional funds for moving the existing enterprise from the center of Novgorod to a new modernized site outside the city. The construction of the new enterprise (new site) is being carried out together with the American company Snap-On Inc.
The following will be up for sale at the auction on 6 July 2010:
Lot №1. Plot of land of an area of 11,568 sq.m., located at the address: 43 Bolshaya Sankt-Peterburgskaya ul., Veliky Novgorod. The plot of land is being sold together with the non-residential buildings located on it. The plot of land is suitable for a production and storage complex or retail objects. Starting price – 18,000,000 rubles
Lot №2. Plot of land of an area of 4,392 sq.m., located at the address: village of Peretno, house 2, Okulovsky region, Novgorod Oblast. The plot of land is being sold together with a non-residential building of a leisure base. The plot is located on the shore of lake Peterno, 10 km from the railway station Okulovka, and 42 km from the Moscow-St. Petersburg highway. Starting price – 3,000,000 rubles
Furthermore, the Auction House of the Russian Federation and GARO are holding talks on the sale of another six land plots in Novgorod owned by the company.
Auctions of these properties will be held in the second half of 2010
