Auction House of the Russian Federation to sell movable property of the Defense Ministry on own electronic platform Lot-online

The Auction House of the Russian Federation has won a tender to sell movable property of the Russian Defense Ministry.
According to the conditions of the contract, before the end of this year and during the course of next year, the AHR will hold 925 auctions.

The auctions will be held on the electronic platform of AHR Lot-online.

The platform passed the tender selection for compliance with requirements for electronic resources working with property as part of privatization (requirements established by the Russian Ministry for Economic Development).

“We will do everything to justify the trust of the Defense Ministry. We are using our electronic resource Lot-online to sell the assets – this is the best method for attracting the largest number of interested persons and ensure the maximum economic effect. This resource has extensive and unique experience in holding electronic auctions, not only as part of purchases (many platforms have this experience), but as auctions for the sale of various types of assets, including as part of privatization. We always work with an increase in the starting price – this is the main task that we set ourselves,” says Andrei Stepanenko.

For reference:
The Lot-online platform has been working actively on the market since October 2010. So far, 13,316 deals for a total sum of 29.9 billion rubles have been made on it. It is among the largest resources for the sale of property in bankruptcy proceedings, actively promotes the realization of problematic bank assets and private property, and offers the possibility for purchasing goods and services under law 223 FZ. Since 2010, auctions have been held on Lot-online as part of privatization of state property of St. Petersburg. So far, 340 objects have been realized for a sum of 1.89 billion rubles, with a ratio of price increase over the starting price of 1.4.
