RAD selected the seller of non-core assets of largest power network company – OJSC “Rosseti”
Dew to agreement conditions RAD will get non-core assets of Rosseti affiliate companies for sale. For the present 28 real estate objects of total area of 181.2 thousand sq. m located in Tsentralniy, Ural’skiy, Sibirskiy, Yuzhniy, Severo-Zapadniy and Privolzhskiy federal districts are being prepared for sale.
The most interesting are:
• 27-floor non-residential building of 34 thousand sq. m area with tenant right on a land plot (1.2 hectare) in Moscow near “Sokol” metro station.

• 3-10-floor non-residential building of 14.5 thousand sq. m area with tenant right on a land plot (0.9 hectare) in Moscow near “Semionovskaya” metro station.

• 10-floor building of both residential and non-residential purpose of 20.1 thousand sq. m area with a land plot (0.2 hectare) in Moscow near “Electrozavodskaya” metro station.

• 4-floor non-residential building of 14.4 thousand sq. m with tenant right on a land plot (0.2 hectare) in St. Petersburg center.
