Reconstruction of the building of the railway station Tarkhovka in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg

On 23 December 23 the Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) has appointed an auction for the sale of the right to conclude the Investment Contract for reconstruction of the Tarkhovka railway station building.
Starting price – 820 thousand rubles.

The Object is located on a land plot with an area of 13.4 thousand sq. m., possible area of development is more than 11 thousand sq. m.
Under the terms of the Contract, the Investor will build on the site of the existing booking-offices a modern complex for passenger service, including:
• booking-office with an area of 250 sq. m;
• premises for shops/offices/cafe with total area of 7.2 thousand sq. m.;
• parking with an area of 3.6 thousand sq. m.

Booking-office zone must be delegated to OJSC Russian Railways as part of payment for the right to conclude the Contract, the Investor could register the commercial areas as property.
The plot for development is provided for the period of two years.

The railway station Tarkhovka is located in the Kurortny district of Sestroretsk between the Gulf of Finland and the Lake Sestroretsky Razliv, near the road to Lenin’s shelter.
Besides railway, a good transport accessibility to the village with the same name is provided by the adjacent Primorskoye highway and the Ring Road – 20 minutes from the metro station Staraya Derevnya.

The Kurortny district is one of the most prestigious districts of Saint Petersburg. Developed infrastructure (cafes, restaurants, and numerous places for recreation, etc.), picturesque landscapes, and proximity to the city – all year round attract there thousands of tourists.
