The AHRF will be engaged in privatization of a municipal property of Nizhny Novgorod
Totally for sale will be offered more than 300 objects of: blocks of shares, shares in authorized capital stock, real estate and land plots, including those for integrated development of territories.
Among the lots, included in the Privatization Program, are the follows: 38.6% in JSC Nizhny Novgorod Cableways, created for construction and operation of a passenger cableway over the Volga, connected Nizhny Novgorod with Bor satellite city; 100% block of shares in OJSC Subscription Editions; 7.763 shares in Nizhegorodskaya Fair Foreign Economic Joint-Stock Company, as well as objects of real estate:
• an office building with an area of 2.4 thousand sq. m in the centre of Nizhny Novgorod in Minin Str., 35.
• a production and warehouse complex with a total area of 5.9 thousand sq. m in Shuvalovskiy Canal, 1;
• a production and warehouse complex with a total area of 8.2 thousand sq. m in Novikov-Priboy Str., 2G.
Currently all objects are under evaluation. The starting price and dates of biddings will be announced later. Approximately, the first biddings will take place in III quarter of 2018.
The auctions will be held in a hall with an auctioneer, in Nizhny Novgorod Branch Office of the AHRF (33, Oktyabrskaya Str., Nizhny Novgorod), and also in e-format at the Electronic Trading Platform of the AHRF (ETP AHRF).

The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) holds auctions on privatization throughout all territory of Russia, both as a part of RF Government instructions, and as a part of cooperation with Russian regions. Among the AHRF customers there are: Moscow, Moscow Region, Saint Petersburg, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra, Samara, Tyumen, Tula, Voronezh, Yaroslavl, Tver, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk regions, Khabarovsk Territory and Chuvashia.
For today a total amount of the AHRF deals with the state property – 63.9 billion rubles.
