JSC AHRF has become an authorized Seller of Vnesheconombank non-core property

According to results of competitive selection the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) has been chosen as a Seller of non-core property of Vnesheconombank. The Contract on Cooperation between the Bank and Auction Trading Facility will be concluded for the period of three years.
Within the framework of this Contract the AHRF will provide services for the Bank on organization of biddings for the sale of released non-core assets. “For organization of effective sale we schedule to hold advertising and marketing events, to exhibit the bank assets at specialized exhibitions, to carry out a target searching of investors”, – tells Konstantin Raev, the First Deputy Director General.

The first biddings for the sale on non-core assets of Vnesheconombank will take place in late October – in early November of 2016.
For sale two objects of real estate in Moscow will be offered.

The first Object offered for sale – a former commercial apartment house in Bolshoy Karetny Lane, 4, building 4, built by the project of architecture Vladimir Vlastov in early XX century. It located in 300 meters from the Garden Ring Road. Two-storey building with a ground floor and an attic is offered for representative office or apartment. Its area – a little bit less than 1,000 sq. m. The building is in ownership, the plot under it (2,064 sq. m) is rented for the period of 49 years. The starting price at the auction will be not less than 400 million rubles.

The second Object offered for sale – a premise at the first line of Serpukhovskoy Val with an area of 1,335.5 sq. m located in the ground floor and the first floor of the house number 58. This is South Administrative Division of the Capital, Danilovskiy District. In a distance of half a kilometer there is “Tul’skaya” subway station, in one hundred meters – a public transport stop. Earlier in the built-in premise the department of the bank was situated, now it is empty. It will be offered for sale with starting price not less than 150 million rubles.

“Both lots are marketable. The first Lot – because of location, the second Lot – due to format. Street retail with good location is in high demand today”, – says Konstantin Raev.
