The RAD announces auctions for the right of lease of non-residential units owned by the city of Moscow.
On 3 and 10 October 2012, the Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold an auction to the right of signing lease agreements for objects of the non-residential fund owned by the city of Moscow. The auctions will be held in accordance with the decrees of the Moscow city property department.
A total of 33 lots will be put up for auction in October (1 lot = 1 unit). The total starting price of all the objects will be over 30.3 million rubles. All the units are designed for commercial use and are located in different districts of Moscow, primarily in the south and north of the city. They are mainly non-residential units located on the first floors of residential buildings.
By the end of December 2012, the AHR plans to hold auctions to the right of lease for 169 objects. The next auctions will be held in the second half of October, where the right of lease will be put up for auction for another 14 objects from the Moscow non-residential fund.
At the AUCTIONS ON 3 OCTOBER 9 objects will be on sale. The starting price of the annual rent payment of the most expensive lot is 3.39 million rubles. This is a non-residential unit of an area of 279.9 sq.m. located on the 1st floor of a 9-story residential building in the eastern district of the capital.
The object with the lowest price is being auctioned off for 107,588 rubles. This is the rent payment for a unit of an area of 12.3 sq.m. on the 1st floor of a 5-story building constructed in 1915 in the central district of Moscow.

At the AUCTIONS ON 10 OCTOBER 24 objects will be on sale. The most expensive rent rate, 1.62 million rubles, is for a non-residential unit of a total area of 144.9 sq.m. located on the 1st floor of a 35-story building in the southeast district of Moscow. The lowest rent rate is 196,827 rubles, for a unit in the south of the capital, located on the 1st floor of a 14-story building.
The last day of applications is 8 October 2012. Applications will be examined from 8 to 9 October 2012.

The right to lease the units is put up for auction according to the classic English method. The item of auction will be the annual rent payment for the use of the unit. A rent agreement will be signed with the auction winners for 5 years.
