The AHRF was awarded a certificate for successful organization and holding of biddings for the privatization of St. Petersburg property

The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) represented by its General Director Andrey Stepanenko received a certificate from the Committee of Property Relations of St. Petersburg (CPR) for high achievements and success in organizing and conducting auctions for the sale of privatized property of the city, on December 27. The certificate was handed over by the Chairman of CPR - Valery Kalugin.
The contract on rendering services in carrying out of auctions on privatisation has been concluded between the CPR and the AHRF in October, 2019. The list of property to be sold included urban non-residential facilities, as well as blocks of shares and contributions (shares) in the authorized capital of economic companies owned by the state of St. Petersburg.
The AHRF carried out a full complex of marketing and advertising actions on promotion of assets on the market, including: placed the information on objects in mass-media, presented them at business actions, profile exhibitions and fairs and was engaged in search of interested buyers.
The first auction on privatization started on December 4, 2019 on the electronic trading platform of ETP the AHRF - Lot-online. And already on December 5 the most significant in 2019 city object was sold - a complex of buildings built in 1916 on the 26, Moika River Embankment. The initial price of the object was 399,660 thousand rub. During the auction process the selling price increased by 62 million rub. and amounted to 461,660 thousand rub. 
In total 25 lots were sold to the amount of 738.7 million rub. (at initial cost is 582.6 million rub.):
  • 16 premises at the cost of 222.5 million rub.;
  • 9 buildings with land plots for the amount of 516.2 million rub. (including a complex of 3 buildings with a single lot on 26, Moika River Embankment).
Thus, involvement of the AHRF in organization of auctions for privatization of St. Petersburg property brought additional 156 million rub. to the city treasury.
Auction for privatization will resume next year and will be held on January 14, 2020 on the electronic trading platform of ETP the AHRF - Lot-online.
