The fine views from the embankment and the landmarks in several minutes’ walking distance will be popular among guests to the city. Additionally, the characteristics of the object will allow the investor to use it for an office, a bank branch or private medical clinic.
At present, the object is residential, and the apartments have been resettled. In future, the buyer may renovate the mansion for premium class housing.
