The dates of biddings for the sale of two hotel complexes (the former Hyatt) in Vladivostok are scheduled
The Auction House of the Russian Federation scheduled the second biddings for the sale of two hotel complexes in the Gold Horn Bay and on Burny Cape in Vladivostok (the former Hyatt).
The auctions will be held on behalf of the Far East Investment Group (the former Nash Dom – Primorye).
The objects will be sold at Dutch auction (descending price auction).
On 5th APRIL, 2019 at twelve o’clock (Moscow time) the auction will take place for the sale of the hotel on the Burny Cape.
The Lot includes:
- a 14-story building of the hotel with an area of 36.4 thousand sq. m.
- a building of SPA complex with an area of 10.2 thousand sq. m.
Along with the hotel complex a right to rent two land plots with a total area of 31.2 thousand sq. m will be transferred to a buyer.
The biddings will start with the starting price – 4.9 billion rubles.
MINIMUMprice – 2.1 billionrubles.
On 15th APRIL, 2019 at twelve o’clock (Moscow time) an auction will be held for the sale of the hotel located in the Gold Horn Bay.
- a building with an area of 6.1 thousand sq. m (state of completeness – 60%).
- a land plot with an area of 1.5 ha.
The biddings start with the starting price – 5.5 billion rubles.
MINIMUM price – 1.6 billion rubles.
The auction will take place at the address: 5, letter B (auction hall – office № 101), Grivtsova Lane, Saint Petersburg.
