Sale of street retail objects in St. Petersburg

On 18 October, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) held an auction for the sale of a non-residential building and three premises for street retail and offices in different districts of St. Petersburg – Nevsky, Central, Primorsky and Lomonosovsky districts. Sale was carried out by order of Sberbank of Russia.

The first deputy general director Konstantin Vladimirovich Raev said: “In the practice of the Auction House of the Russian Federation, this is an exclusive sale from the standpoint of the growth in price, the activity of buyers and the number of steps taken in the course of the auction. All of this shows the high commercial potential of former Sberbank offices, the realization of which has been entrusted to the Auction House of the Russian Federation. Additionally, the activity of buyers is based on the delay demand, as in Petersburg the number of liquid objects of street retail decreases every year.”

Among the sold objects, lot № 1 received the largest number of applications – 33 applications.
In the bidding for lot № 4 the largest number of steps were made – 272 steps. The sale price was 45.1 million rubles.
For lot № 1 the price rose by three times.

33 applications were made for participation in the auction.

Starting price of object – 13 million rubles. During the course of the auction, bidders made 273 steps.

The winner of the auction, a private individual, paid 40.2 million rubles for the lot.

Unit area– 146 sq. m.
Separate entrance from the street and from the courtyard. Nearest metro station “Lomonosovskaya”.
10 applications were registered for participation in the auction.
Starting price of object – 17.9 million rubles. 103 steps were made during the auction.
The winner of the auction, a legal person, paid 28.1 million rubles for the lot.

Unit area – 60.1 sq.m.

Separate entrance from the side of the building and from the courtyard. Nearest metro station “Staraya Derevnya”.

11 applications were registered for participation in the auction.

Starting price of object – 3.1 million ruble. 39 steps were made during the auction.

The winner of the auction, a private individual – paid 5 million rubles for the lot.

Three-storey administrative building (area 705.2 sq.m.) and land plot (area 765 sq.m.)
At present, all the unit are leased out to the Department of the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadaster and Cartography for the Leningrad Oblast.

8 applications were registered for participation in the auction.
Starting price of object – 22.7 million rubles. 225 steps were made in the course of the auction.
The winner of the auction, a private individual, paid 45.1 million rubles for the lot.

The next auction for the sale of street retail objects in Petersburg will take place on 5 November.
