Novosibirsk office of the Auction House of the Russian Federation sold the commercial unit in the Perm Krai

Today the Novosibirsk office of the Auction House of the Russian Federation held an auction by order of the West Urals bank of Sberbank of Russia in the Perm Krai.

Up for auction was a non-residential unit in a five-story building at the address: Perm Krai, Lysvensky region, Lysevnskoe district, town of Lysva, ul. Metallistov, d. 23. The town of Lysva is located 80 km from Perm.
Area of unit – 105.7 sq.m. Located on the first floor.
There were six bidders at the auction.
The winner was a private individual who bid 3.6 million rubles for the lot (starting price 1.4 million rubles).
The unit was sold into ownership.
Konstantin Raev, first deputy general director of the Auction House of the Russian Federation:
“The offices of the Auction House of the Russian Federation stably show a good result of sales, exceeding the starting prices. Today was the first experience of interaction between the Auction House of the Russian Federation and the West Urals bank of Sberbank of Russia.
The effectiveness of sales of non-residential property in the Perm Krai is 260%. We are seeing an increasing growth of interest from potential buyers in our auctions, their activity at auctions and the wish to compete with other bidders.
