The object was sold in excess of 62 million rub.
Five bidders participated in the auction.
The sale price is 461,660 rub. (the initial price is 399,660 million rub.).
The buyer is OEVRZ open-JSC (Oktyabrsky Electric Car Repair Plant).
The auction was held on the electronic trading platform ETP AHRF - Lot-online.
The object is a complex of three buildings with a total area of 4.1 thousand sq.m. with a land plot of 2.4 thousand sq.m. Currently, the buildings are not used and are in unsatisfactory condition.

The object is located in the golden triangle of St. Petersburg, on the Moika River embankment, near the Palace Square, 300 m. from Nevsky Prospect.

Lot No. 3 is the premise with the area of 50.4 sq.m. on the ground floor of a residential building in Kolomna.

In the course of the auction the participants made 33 steps to increase the price, as a result of which the price has increased by 2.5 times.
The sale price is 8.19 million rub. (the initial price is 3.24 million rub.).
