For sale offered the Rosenergobank office in the centre of Moscow near the Garden Ring

The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) scheduled an auction through public offer as a part of a bankruptcy procedure of the JSC Rosenergobank Commercial Bank.
For sale offered a manor complex, consisting of three buildings, with a total area of 5.9 thousand sq. m and a land plot with an area of 0.35 ha. The Objed is located in historic centre of Moscow, near Chkalovskaya subway station.
Address: 30, buildings 1, 2, 3, Podsosenskiy Lane.

The main building is the building № 3 – the five-story building with an area of 3.7 thousand sq. m built in 1997, which is not the object of cultural heritage.
The building is in good condition. Earlier it was used as the Bank Head Office.
In the building there are a spacious light atrium, office rooms, meeting rooms and a repository.

The other buildings are: four-story building with an area of 1.7 thousand sq. m and the three-story building with an area of 570.2 thousand sq. m – were used as the additional rooms of the Bank. These buildings are the monuments of heritage.

The biddings will be held through public offer at the Electronic Trading Platform of the Auction House of the Russian Federation (ETP AHRF) from 24th October until 4th February, 2019. Every week the cost of the Lot will be gone down by 146 million rubles.

The biddings will start on 24th October from 2 billion rubles.
MINIMUM price of sale is 1 billion rubles.

In XIX century the manor complex belonged to the Prokhorovs manufacturers dynasty and then it consisted only of two outbuildings.
In 1997 a core renovation of the manor complex was carried out – the facades and historic interiors were restored, as well as the outbuildings were rebuilt. During the same period the third annex appeared.
For today the manor complex (including the third annex) is included in the Register of the Objects of Historic and Cultural Heritage.
