“Former industrial territories near the Neva Embankment are a priceless land resource for panoramic view housing construction. This means that this proposal is absolutely exclusive both from the point of view of location and from the point of view of development prospects. The area of the plot to be sold gives an opportunity to carry here out a residential project of full value. And proximity to the city centre along with no need for carrying out reconstruction of historic buildings make the Object truly unique for the market of Saint Petersburg. As for the business centre, it is almost fully rented at the market rates and generates a regular income. In this case for sale, actually, offered a ready rent business”, – considers Dinara Useinova, Deputy General Director of the AHRF.
