On 27th June, 2018 the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) scheduled biddings for the sale of a four-storey building with an area of 4 thousand sq. m for commercial use, for example, for placing office, medical or trading centres.
The Object is located in Kirovskiy District of the city, at the intersection of Kirov Street and 64 Army Street. In walking distance there are public transport stops, as well as railway stations – Named after Nikolay Rudnev and Gornaya Polyana (Mountain Meadow).

After sale contract making Sberbank will remain as a tenant of the first (681.04 sq. m) floor and part of the third floor (84.9 sq. m). A rent contract will be concluded for 10 years by rates on the first floor – 386.25 rubles per 1 sq. m, on the third floor – 330 rubles per 1 sq. m (annual rent income will be almost 3.5 million rubles).
MINIMUM price – 56.2 million rubles.

The building is in good condition, recently a redecoration of interior rooms was carried out. In 2009 an overhaul with strengthening of bearing structures was carried out.
