Premises for street retail in Moscow are in a record demand
On 8th of August at Moscow trading facility of the Auction House of the Russian Federation a record biddings took place – seven premises for street retail in different districts of Moscow were sold, two of them – with a significant exceeding of starting price.
Room with an area of 94.7 sq. m at the address: 17, structure 1, Petrovka Street.
8 bidders took part in the auction. During the biddings the participants made more than 600 bid increments for increasing the starting price. So the sale price was 140.4 million rubles (starting price – 72.8 million rubles).
Room with an area of 69.4 sq. m at the address: 22, building 1, Tchongarskiy Boulevard.
13 bidders took part in the auction. During the biddings the participants made 140 bid increments for increasing the starting price. So the sale price was 30.8 million rubles (starting price – 16.8 million rubles).
The auction was held under the instructions LLC Sberbank Capital.
All the sold objects are the former offices of Sberbank, which are being sold within the framework of program of reformatting of offices. The given objects have a number of distinctive advantages – they are located in the first floors in places with high pedestrian flow near transport arteries and subway stations.
The AHRF has already been cooperating with Sberbank within the framework of program of conversion the former offices of the bank. During the last two years more than 300 former savings banks throughout Russia were sold for total amount of 4 billion rubles.
In Moscow during the last one year and a half (2015 – June, 2016) 77 former offices of Sberbank were sold for total amount of about 1.7 billion rubles. The excess ratio in accordance with the results of the auction – 2.7.
