"Non-residential premises are one of the most popular objects for private investors, operating in the amount of 3-5 million to 40-50 million rubles and more. Investments in street retail due to the stability of this segment both in terms of profitability and legislative regulation have become for many people an alternative to buying apartments in buildings under construction for resale after the house or apartments for rent have been commissioned. Traditionally, special attention of investors has been attracted by auctions for state owned facilities. Firstly, there are minimal risks in terms of property rights. Secondly, from the point of view of the investment/profit ratio, they are the most interesting for professional players. We forecast the demand for buildings not only in the central districts of the city, but also in the dormitories", - says Deputy Director General of RAD Dinara Useinova.
