On 31st of March the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) has held an auction on the instructions of PJSC Sberbank.
Sold a former office of the Bank with an area of 212.2 sq. m.
The Object located not far from the subway station “Kupchino”, near the major traffic arteries – Bucharest Street and Danub Avenue.

11 bidders took part in the auction.
During the auction the auction participants have made 96 bid steps for increasing the starting price.
Thus, the sale price was – 25.3 million rubles, which is by 65% higher the starting price (the starting price – 15.5 million rubles).

“The former offices of Sberbank – this is a quality street retail, which traditionally captures a great attention of investors. Generally such objects located in the first line of buildings in busy places. Taking into account the given factors, investor could carry there out a successful project (store, beauty salon, company office and so on), generating stable income.
Today bidding, which were going on for about six hours, proved that a quality street retail was in demand regardless a situation in the market”, – commented Olga Zheludkova, Head of Department for Work with Troubled and Non-Core Assets of Banks.
