Auction scheduled for sale of 92.6% of shares in AMO PLANT
On 21 June, the Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold an auction for the share of the city of Moscow in AMO PLANT. The sale will take place by order of the Property Department of the city of Moscow.
80,360 uncertified registered ordinary shares in AMO PLANT belonging to the city, which is 92.6% of the company’s shares.
Starting price — 781 950 000 rubles
Auction step — 39 000 000 rubles
The main asset of the company is the Amo Plant car factory located at the address: Latvia, Jeglava, ul. Aviacias, 42.
The Russian-Latvian enterprise AMO PLANT was founded on the initiative of the Moscow authorities in 2005, together with the company FERRUS. The main shareholder of the factory is the Moscow administration, which owns 92.6% of shares in the company. The remaining shares belong to AMO ZIL – 4.4%, the Jeglava city Duma – 2.7%, and FERRUS – 0.3%.
The main activity of the enterprise is organizing the assembly production of city buses and municipal equipment. The official opening of the industrial complex took place in August 2010. At present, AMO PLANT is in the final stage of preparing production and starting regular activity.
The object of auction is essentially the infrastructural complex of the factory, which includes:
Total area of land plots – 14.5 hectares. One of the land plots, with an area of 31,683 sq.m., has been allocated for new construction, and has not yet been developed.
The total area of buildings is over 18,000 sq.m.; the main (bus) manufacture – 10,141 sq.m., additional manufacture – 4,403 sq.m., and 3,700 sq.m. of administration facilities.
The factories has its own customs warehouse and driving section.
