31.4 hectares of land in Tomsk put up for sale

On 14 November, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) by order of TransVudServis scheduled an auction for the sale of a land plot with an area of 31.4 hectares. The territory is classified as lands of built-up areas and is being sold as part of a property complex of the Tomsk treating plant.

Starting price – 320.9 million rubles

Address: Tomsk Oblast, Tomsk, Trudovaya ulitsa, 22.

The land plot is located in the northwest of the city of Tomsk, in a district built up with modern high-rise buildings (up to 10 storeys) and private houses.

The object has good transport access – 10 minutes’ drive to the city center. Additionally, the main city road is next to the land plot – Prospekt Lenina.

Nearby the land plot are picturesque places for city dwellers to relax – Krepet Lake and Tom River.

Taking into account all the features of the object, the potential investor may realize a high-revenue redevelopment project here, by building a low- or high-rise residential complex, a hotel, a retail and office and public and cultural center.

The property complex includes:
land plot with area of 31.4 hectares;
buildings and temporary structures;
movable property.

Four transformer substations of a total capacity of 2,650 kWA are located on the territory of the object.
