One of the leading woodworking enterprises in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra - Ugra Timber Holding is put up for sale

The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) will hold auctions on behalf of the Department of State Property Management of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra within the framework of privatization, on March 20.
  
UTH is an operating enterprise for logging and production of timber. The company's products are exported to Egypt, China, Germany, Belgium, Kazakhstan and others. According to the financial statements for 2018, the company's net profit amounted to more than 356.2 million rubles.
The enterprise has a good raw material base and its own production complex in the Sovetskiy district of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra - 37 plots with the total area of 194.5 ha (of which 0.7 ha are owned) and 61 buildings with the total area of 75 thousand sq.m.
UTH is a recipient of subsidies as part of the program «The Forestry and Timber Industry Development in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra 2014-2020».
  
Ugra-Plit is a subsidiary of UTH. At present, the company's main activity is leasing its own movable and immovable property to the UTH. The company owns a plant for the production of chipboard and laminated chipboard with capacity up to 265,000 cub.m. per year. The plant is equipped with modern equipment from leading manufacturers, which allows making a high quality product that meets international environmental standards.
The Company owns land plots with the total area of 26.8 ha (of which 5.8 ha are owned) and a property complex with the total area of 34.1 thousand sq.m.
   
The initial price is 3.141 billion rub.
The auction will be held on the electronic trading platform of ETP AHRF - Lot-online.
