For sale offered the country estate of the XVIII century in the districts near Moscow

On 17 December the Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) has appointed an auction for the sale of a historic country estate Nikolskoye. At different times the country estate was owned by: Head of the Tsar (Ivan the Terrible) Regiment – Kuz’ma Bezobrazov, Prince Ivan Gagarin, representative of the famous noble family – Pyotr Glebov, etc.

The country estate was fully restored in 2009.
The estate is located in three kilometers from New Moscow in Nikolskoye village of Kaluga region.
Starting price – 821 million rubles.

The complex includes a three-storey residential building with an area of 685 sq. m. and a regular garden with an area of 10.8 he.

The design of the country estate territory was carried out by the landscape and engineering company LLC Park Restoration. The house interiors design was carried out by the American design company of Stef-Albert Bothma, works were completed in 2013.

The windows of the estate overlook the apple orchard and Narva River, running 200 m. off.
