The cost of the former Russian Credit bank office in the centre of Moscow was reduced by 10%

On 1st July, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) will hold a second auction for the sale of property of the Russian Credit bank being under liquidation – a two-storey office building with an area of 626.5 sq. m, with the right to rent (until 2061) a land plot with an area of 289 sq. m.
The Object is located near one of Stalin famous skyscrapers – the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RF. The Object is located in 5-minute distance from Smolenskaya subway station.
Address: 30, building 3, Smolenskaya-Sennaya Square, Moscow.

By this auction the starting cost of the lot was reduced by 10% and now it is 180 million rubles.
The auction will be held at the ETP AHRF Electronic Trading Platform on behalf of the Deposit Insurance Agency (ASV).

Taking into consideration a presentable appearance of the building, it will be perfect for placing the headquarters of a company. Also, a future investor can use the building for renting out. Premises in this area are always in demand, and rental rates are kept at the level of at least 30 thousand rubles for a “square” per year”, – said Olga Zheludkova, Head of Department for Work with Distressed and Non-Core Assets of Banks.
