On 8 June at the Electronic Trading Platform of the Auction House of the Russian Federation (ETP AHRF) the second biddings for the sale of a four-storey Korona (the Crown) club-restaurant with an area of 910.1 sq. m in the centre of Yakutsk will be held.
The Lot also includes a two-storey annex with an area of 305.8 sq. m and two land plots with a total area of 1.6 thousand sq. m.

Earlier the starting price was 150.7 million rubles, now the rate is reduced by 10% and amounts to 135.6 million rubles.
The biddings are held as a part of a bankruptcy procedure of LLC Yakutalmaz jewelry company.
