For sale offered the most high-mountain working hotel in Russia and in Europe

On 24 September the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) announced bidding for the sale of working hotel on the South-East slope of Elbrus.
The hotel, located at a height of 4,200 m., can take at the same time up to 67 tourists.
Starting price – 70 million rubles.

The Object located in situ of the former hotel “Priyut 11” (“Shelter 11”), on the same track with Azau glade.
The territory of the hotel overlooks a picturesque view of the both peaks of Elbrus, ridges of Svaneti, Greater Caucasus Mountain Range and its north spurs.

“The site is included in the better part of mountaineering routes of that part of Elbrus, which provides a steady flow of tourists-mountaineers, those who wish to take a rest before a further climbing” (Inna Cherevataya, Director of South-West Branch Office of AHRF).
