In Maryino for sale offered a former concrete mixing plant

On 5 of October a Dutch auction (a descending price auction) for the sale of the former concrete mixing plant in an industrial cluster of Maryino District will be held.
Address: 19F, Nizhniye Polya Str., Moscow.
Currently the plant does not work and, actually, for sale offered only a real estate – production, administrative and technical constructions with a total area of 2.9 thousand sq. m, as well as a right to rent of a land plot with an area of 3 ha (up to 2062).
The Object located at a junction of a multi-story residential development and an industrial area, nearby a major transport artery of the city run, connecting the Moscow Ring Road (the MKAD) and the Third Traffic Ring TTK) – Lyublinskaya Street.
