On 20 July the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) within the framework of the instructions of OJSC “STC UPS” (“Scientific and Technical Center of Unified Power System”, a subsidiary of OJSC “Russian Grids”) has sold the administrative building in elite suburb of Saint Petersburg, the town of Pushkin. The building sold along with a land plot.
The Object located at the address: 50/30, Letter A, Octyabr’skiy Boulevard, Pushkin Town, Saint Petersburg.

Building area – 3.6 thousand sq. m.
Land plot area – 6 thousand sq. m.
Sale price – 115,183,520 RUR. (including VAT).
Buyer – LLC “Tsarskoye Selo”.

AHRF sells movable and immovable property of OJSC “STC UPS” (subsidiary of OJSC “Russian Grids”) in accordance with the Contract signed in June, 2014. The Contract stipulates cooperation during the 5-year period.
