On November 20, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) has appointed the auction for sale of the housing construction project in the center of the township Russko-Vysotskoye, Lomonosov district, Leningrad region.

Plots are fully prepared for development, urban development plans and specifications for connection to engineering service networks are obtained, as well as lease contracts for the design and construction of routes for engineering facilities.

The land plots are located in an ecologically friendly area of Leningrad region, 5 km from the historic suburbs of St. Petersburg – Strel’na, Peterhof, Pushkin and Gatchina, near the recreation center “Tuutari-Park”.
The advantageous location of plots – in close proximity of the intersection of the Ring Road with Ropshinskoye and Kingiseppskoye highways – provides a quick access to anywhere in the city by car.
