“We see, including in the process of communication with YIT Company, that in the market now the demand in land plots for housing construction in prosperous location, provided with permissive and design documentation and a necessary infrastructure, is high enough. I am sure, that the territory in Pushkin will also find its investor. The plots are fully equipped, just bring mechanisms and construct. Such situation is very rare in the market. Besides, the seller is ready to provide flexible payment terms”, – comments Andrey Stepanenko, General Director of the Auction House of the Russian Federation.
A territory with a total area of 10 ha, on which the project of INKERI 5-story residential complex is still carried out, will remain in the ownership of the YIT Saint Petersburg Company. In 2016 and 2017 the YIT put into operation two first phases of the complex (13 residential buildings), now the construction of objects of the third phase, which will be put into operation in the IV quarter of this year, is carried out. Besides, on two more plots, which will remain in the company’s ownership, the YIT schedules to carry out the next phases of INKERI complex. Apartments in a low-rise complex, designed in the style of a modern Finnish architecture, are in high demand among buyers of a new comfortable housing.
The YIT Saint Petersburg Company plans the funds, released due to the sale of the land plots, to forward further for acquisition of plots for new projects, which will expand trading stock and geography of residential complexes in Saint Petersburg.
