Sberbank offered for sale 13 former offices in different districts of Moscow

On 15th,March 15 the Auction House of the Russian Federation (the AHRF) has scheduled an auction for the sale of 13 premises of street retail in different districts of Moscow.
Area of the objects varies from 96.4 to 193.6 sq. m. Earlier the offices of Sberbank were located there.
The sale is carried out by the order of PJSC Sberbank.
Almost all of the objects are located on the first floors of residential and administrative buildings near the subway stations and public transport stops.
Geography of objects is extensive: Chertanovo, Central, Ramenki, Tekstilshchiki, Cheryomushki, Northern Tushino, Bogorodskoye, East Izmailovo, Lomonosovsky and Ryazansky districts.

Starting prices varies from 14.5 to 56.4 million rubles.

Premises with an area of 96.4 sq. m near Pervomayskaya subway station.
The Object located on the first floor of a residential house in Izmaylovsky Blvd., 31.

Sberbank has for several years sold its former offices throughout the country. Offices are released within the framework of the program of the banking chain reformatting, started in 2011. It is assumed that all branches of the bank must meet certain criteria on location, services provided, etc.
During the period 2013 – February 2017 the AHRF sold 1071 objects with total area of about 443,200 sq. m and of total value of nearly 17.8 billion rubles. Basically these are built-up premises on the first floors of residential and commercial buildings and small detached offices.
