    Rozovyy Sad Greenhouse Complex in Kaluga Region

 

    For sale is offered a modern greenhouses complex of a new generation on cultivation of roses of elite grades, including experimental elite grades of the Dutch breeders, built in 2005-2010 by Revaho (Netherlands). The technological support is based on the Dutch developments and provides full autonomy and the best conditions for the production of roses in the climatic conditions of Russia.

The greenhouse complex includes 16 real estate objects, 895 items of movable property:

·    single-storey buildings of the greenhouse complex (5 greenhouses) with a total area of 274,011.3 sq.m.;
