Location, environment
The territory of the future Krasnaya Gorka microdistrict is located in the western part of the city of Yekaterinburg, 14 km. from the city centre, in the Verkh-Isetsky district between the Shirokaya Rechka settlement, Palniks and Obraztsovo cottage villages.
  
Immediate surroundings: from the south side the land mass is limited to the Udelnaya and Kosoturskaya streets, the territory of the rehabilitation center of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Michurinsky residential complex (new buildings of the middle floor of the LSR. Real Estate-Urals JSC with a unique educational center that united under its roof a kindergarten for 150 pupils and a general education school for 825 pupils). The land plot from the west and north is limited to existing and under construction cottage settlements. In the vicinity of Krasnaya Gorka, the construction company Atomstroycomplex announced the construction of a multi-format settlement called Rodniki. To the east of gardening, non-profit partnerships and the settlement Shirokaya Rechka.

  • At present, the access to the territory of the Krasnaya Gorka microdistrict is provided by Udelnaya street. Departure to the city center along Sukhodolskaya street, then along Svetlorechenskaya street passing to Repina street.
  • Availability of federal transport interchanges in 10 minutes by car. The distance from Krasnaya Gorka microdistrict to Yekaterinburg Bypass Road is 4 km., to Yekaterinburg Ring Road (ERR) is 4.7 km.
  • To the nearest public transport stop Shirokaya Rechka is 400 m. There are three city bus routes: No. 24, No. 48, No. 64.
  • The total journey time from the city centre by car takes no more than 30 minutes, and by public transport is no more than 45 minutes.
Prospects of the district development
Expansion of the City of Yekaterinburg municipal formation in the western direction is envisaged in the project of the General Development Plan of the city district is the City of Yekaterinburg municipal formation for the period till 2035 and is one of the important priorities. The first facilities are to appear here in 2022, and the entire project is designed for the period until 2030. At the same time, the first phase of the specialized constructor bureau Kontur office has already been built (and is functioning) here.
   
The advantage of the 5-8 storey Krasnaya Gorka project is much lower building density compared to the multi-storey blocks represented in the area of the Shirokaya Rechka. The development concept provides for the location of residential buildings around a natural forest with centuries-old pine trees, which are certainly a source of clean air and health. This is the only project with its own forest in the yard, which at the same time provides for proximity to the urban infrastructure of multi-storey buildings.
