The building, purpose: non-residential building, name: health camp building, total area: 581.1 sq.m., number of storeys, including underground: 2, cadastral number: 50:42:0040204:138, inventory number: 029:044-2100, being in ownership of the Moscow Region, about what in the EGRN record registration No. 50-50-42/005/2007-295 was made on October 10, 2007.

Object 5. The building, purpose: non-residential, name: shaded shelters, total area: 53.7 sq.m., number of storeys, including underground: 1, cadastral number: 50:42:0040204:289, conditional number: 50-50-42/005/2007-293, inventory number: 029:044-2100, being in ownership of the Moscow Region, about what in the EGRN record registration No. 50-50-42/005/2007-293 was made on October 10, 2007.
       
Land plot, cadastral number: 50:42:0040204:88, area: 8,197 sq.m., on which the above property is placed, is not subject to privatization in accordance with Subparagraph 14 Paragraph 5 of Article 27 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, because it is located in the second zone of the sanitary protection zone of the Moscow drinking water supply sources.
         
Essential condition of privatization is preservation (not less than 6 months from the date of title transfer) of the purpose of the immovable property as a social and cultural object (health care).

The object is located in Sheremetevsky neighborhood of the town of Dolgoprudny of the Moscow Region. Distance from Moscow - 28 km. on the Leningradskoe Shosse.
