Vyacheslav Savvich Mikhailov was born on 3 September 1945 in the village of Arzgir in the Stavropol Krai. In 1977, he graduated from the St. Petersburg academy of arts, majoring in painting. In 1979 he finished his post-graduate studies at the workshop of Professor E.E. Moiseenko, people’s artist of the USSR.

  • Member of the Artists’ Union of Russia since 1979.
  • Member of the National Association of artists of Italy «ITALART» since 1993
  • Honored artist of Russia since 1999
  • Participant of over 300 exhibition, including 69 personal exhibitions, in Russia and abroad.
