NP Association of valuation experts is the self-regulatory organization of appraisers.
NP AVE was established in 2007 and today brings together 339 experts on valuation. The experts of the Auction House of the Russian Federation enter the expert council of Association of valuation experts.

One of the largest UK law firms. Property branch of Lawrence Graham LLP supports major investment projects in the UK and abroad. The Auction House of the Russian Federation cooperates with Lawrence Graham LLP on attracting of foreign investors to auctions.

International organization for legal services with branches across Europe, Asia and the United States of America. The main activities of the organization are: business, project finance, real estate, construction and infrastructure development, tax laws, etc. In Russia company offices are located in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.
The Auction House of the Russian Federation cooperates with DLA Piper on the interaction with foreign investors.
GUP GUION (State Unitary Enterprise “State Department for Inventory and Evaluation of Property”)
GUP GUION provides evaluation of property and non-material assets, inventory of real-estate objects, planning and land development. Coordination and supervision of GUION’s activity is carried out by the St. Petersburg administration committee for management of city property. In October 2009, GUION and the Auction House of the Russian Federation signed a contract according to which GUION would carry out inventory of objects for AHR and prepare necessary documents: technical passport, cadastral passport, archive certificates, conclusions of objects of the housing and non-housing stock etc.
Russian technical inventory board – Federal bureau of technical inventory (BTI)
The Russian technical inventory board is the largest state enterprise in Russia in the sphere of technical inventory of real-estate objects. The enterprise was founded in 1967. The Auction House of the Russian Federation signed an agreement in mid-April with the Russian technical inventory board – Federal BTI on the procedure for carrying out works on technical inventory, and preparation of technical registration documents.
Associations of arbitration managers

In April 2010, the Auction House of the Russian Federation signed an agreement with the non-commercial partnership “Self-regulating organization of arbitration managers “Razvitie”, Non-commercial organization.” The self-regulating organization of arbitration managers “Inter-regional center of experts and professionals managers” and the St. Petersburg branch of the non-commercial partnership “Association of arbitration manager “Avangard””.
Agreements between the associations and AHR stipulate the sale of property of debtors (by agency agreements signed with arbitration managers) within the framework of the federal law “On insolvency (bankruptcy)”.
Association of banks of the Northwest (ABSZ)
The association was created in late 1989. The tasks of ABSZ are to protect the interests of the banking community of the region, improve the legislative and normative base that is required for successful work of banks, increase the population’s trust in the banking system of the country, and inform the public about the activity of member banks of the ABSZ. In July 2010, the Auction House of the Russian Federation and the non-state commercial public organization “Association of banks of the Northwest” signed an agreement on cooperation for the realization of several pledged objects.
